To encourage more distributors to maintain a qualified Ruby rank or above, this Incentive Scheme will be adjusted with immediate effect. Qualified distributors must meet the following conditions to be eligible for the Global Bonus allocations under Pool 2 & Pool 3：

1. Distributors who qualify as Diamond rank or above in the current month, but didn’t achieve a qualified Ruby rank or above in the previous month, will only be entitled to the Pool 1(3%) bonus for that month.
2. Distributors who qualify as Presidential Diamond rank or above in the current month, but didn’t achieve a qualified Ruby rank or above in the previous month, will likewise only be entitled to the Pool 1(3%) bonus for that month.
